We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary to maintain safety, comply with legal requirements, or protect our drivers and passengers.
Booking Requirements
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate booking information, including pickup location, destination, contact details, and travel requirements. Incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays or service disruptions.
Bookings may be made in advance or subject to vehicle availability at the requested time. Confirmation of a booking does not guarantee arrival times affected by factors beyond our control.
Fares & Payments

Passenger Responsibilities

Cancellations & Waiting Time

Drivers may only wait for a reasonable period beyond the scheduled pickup time. Extended waiting periods may attract additional fees or result in booking cancellation.
Parcel Delivery Services
For parcel delivery bookings, customers must ensure items are packaged securely and comply with all applicable laws. Geelong Taxi Cab reserves the right to refuse transportation of prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or hazardous goods.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the sender.
Limitation Of Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and reliable transportation, Geelong Taxi Cab shall not be liable for delays, missed appointments, missed flights, traffic disruptions, weather conditions, or events beyond reasonable control.
Passengers are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings. Lost property will be handled according to applicable procedures, but recovery cannot be guaranteed.
